The Moose is Loose

“The Moose is Loose” is a 12 x 9 oil painting on a Gessoboard panel.

The moose is one of my favorite animals. Originally from Maine and stationed at Loring AFB as a KC 135 boom operator, “The Moose is Loose” was our base motto. An old friend and boom operator, Erica Almgren Steffenson, said I should use the phrase as the title for this piece, so I did!
